How to submit a request
Gymatic mobile accounts are created and managed by the gym organization that invited you. You can start a deletion request in either of these ways:
- Open the Gymatic app and select Account, Privacy, then Account and data deletion.
- Contact the gym using the support details shown in the app or speak to its reception team.
- Email privacy@gymatic.co if you cannot reach the gym.
Include your full name, login email, gym name and member or trainer number so the correct account can be found. Never send your password, fingerprint image or biometric template.
What happens next
We or the gym may contact you to verify your identity and authority over the account. Once verified, mobile sign-in access can be removed and account-linked profile, goal and measurement data can be deleted where the gym’s instructions and applicable law allow.
Deleting the mobile account does not automatically cancel a gym membership or settle an unpaid balance. Contact the gym separately for membership cancellation, refunds or payment questions.
Information that may be retained
The gym may need to retain limited membership agreements, invoices, payments, attendance, access-security events and audit records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or safety purposes. Where practical, information no longer needed to identify you will be deleted or anonymized.
Backups may retain protected copies for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal retention cycles. A completed request does not require the deletion of information that applicable law requires the gym or Gymatic to keep.
Expected response
We will acknowledge a request after it reaches the responsible gym or Gymatic support channel. Completion time depends on identity verification, the gym’s legal obligations and the systems containing the relevant records.
