A decision staff can act on
The Live Access workspace shows the latest scan, the identified member and the reason for a denied entry. Expired memberships can display how many days overdue they are.
Granted entry and recorded attendance are linked, but a repeated scan should not create a new visit every time. Attendance history and corrections help keep the record useful.
Connect supported hardware
Gymatic Bridge connects supported readers to the reception workflow. Compatibility depends on the reader model, firmware, connection and available vendor interface.
Confirm compatibility and installation requirements before purchasing RFID, fingerprint or gate hardware. The software subscription does not mean every reader or turnstile is included or compatible.
Plan for an interrupted connection
Configured local reception functions can retain authorized data and queue events during a short internet interruption. They still depend on power, the reception device, local connectivity and the freshness of cached permissions.
Cloud reports, new permissions and other online actions need connectivity. Keep a staff-controlled fallback for situations that require judgment. Read the offline operations guide before planning your setup.
Understand occupancy history
The current occupancy count and past hourly summaries answer different questions. Hourly history is collected on the server, so leaving the website open is not required to collect it.
A missing historical reading is not the same as zero members. Compare trends alongside the underlying attendance record when reviewing a busy period.
